Health Recipe

A nutritional powerhouse and a tasty, satisfying snack, kale chips provide vitamins, fiber and iron while fulfilling cravings for something salty and crispy. Make your own with four ingredients in less than 15 minutes.
Recipe: Superfood Kale ChipsSUPERFOOD KALE CHIPS
Start to finish: 15 minutes
1 bunch kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Sea salt to taste

Heat oven to 350 F. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Rip into pieces and discard stalks.
Lay kale on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then evenly distribute the pressed garlic and sea salt over the kale pieces.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crispy. Be sure to check often after 12 minutes, so as not to burn the chips but to ensure they’re not undercooked and soggy.
